5. Partner terms

In short: you are an independent partner, not CloudyPOS staff. You earn only when a real business you brought pays for CloudyPOS, after a holding period, and earnings are reversed for refunds, fake or self-made sign-ups. Never take a business's passwords or money, never make promises for CloudyPOS, and keep what you see about businesses private. You pay your own taxes; we deduct withholding tax where the law requires. We can suspend partners who break the rules. Read the full Partner Programme Terms (version 2026-10-14).
